In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.

Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.

Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.

"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.

"I respect him for that."

Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.

"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.

Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.

He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.

However, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving massive paydays.

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
